All communication about - and delivery of - completed work will be conducted by e-mail. You agree to confirm receipt of all e-mails from us by sending our company a "receipt" e-mail. This ensures that there is a virtual "paper trail" documenting our communications throughout the process. The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail.
Our business hours are 8:30am until 05:00pm week days. If you require maintenance after hours, such as on weekends or holidays, you will be charged our hourly rate of 20$ per hour excluding VAT with an additional charge of 10$ per hour excluding VAT for after hours assistance.

All new web design projects require an initial 50% deposit which is due with order. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon acceptance of the completed web development project before it is released to the client or published to the internet

All payments to Egypt Web Solutions are non-refundable after 30 days and Cost of Domain Name Purchase are non-refundable at any time.
You can ask us to put a design "on hold" at any time, then resume its development within two months of your payment. If the client halts work or applies by registered letter for a refund, 50% will be deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client in 3 business days after receiving the letter.
